Participates in TOYS for TOTS Campaign
Nebrasky utilizes fleet of technicians to help customers
and the public to donate a toy this holiday season
November 29, 2005, Monroe, NY – Nebrasky Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is participating in this year’s Toys for Tots drive.
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
When making a service call, Nebrasky technicians will pick up toys from any Nebrasky customer who wishes to donate. Additionally, technicians will pick up toys from any community members in the Monroe-Woodbury and Warwick areas. Please call Nebrasky at 845-783-6661 to arrange for the pick-up. Participants can also drop off toys at Nebrasky headquarters at 1019 Route 17M, Monroe. The deadline for toy donation is Monday, December 19.
“Through our technicians, we will make it even easier for customers and the community to participate in Toys for Tots,” stated Paul Nebrasky, President. “This unique pick-up service is our contribution to this worthwhile program. We thank our customers and the community for their support.”
Emily Nebrasky, the 13 year old daughter of Paul and Ilene Nebrasky, is organizing and promoting the Nebrasky Toys for Tot program as a community service project. She will be distributing flyers about the pick-up service in the Wal Mart and Target plazas. Emily will organize donated toys to be ready for delivery to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
